At the beginning we will find the best way of cooperation for you. There are 3 ways of cooperation we can offer:
1) Renting Developers based on your business needs
After sharing your expectation regarding Developers profile, what your business needs are, we will provide you first candidates within several weeks. After the interview during which you can check whether provided candidate fits your expectation, you decide if you wish to accept the candidate or if you wish to interview another one.
And in fact, you don’t need to care about anything else.
All paper works and bank transfers to the candidate will be done by us. You will pay a monthly fee based on our agreement.
2) HR based cooperation
Similar like in the option 1), we will provide you with candidates within few weeks. After passing the interview, your task will be to manage all paper works and bank transfers directly with the candidate.
There is a HR fee for each candidate who passes the interview and has been accepted by your company.
3) Your office in Vietnam
This option is mainly for companies which already have some experience with cooperation based on options 1) and 2).
Of course it is more time and money consuming as it is necessary to rent an office, an accountant, HR staff etc..
But there is for sure no reason to be scared about this. We are here to fully support you with your business expansion.
